AEW star Miro on CBS’ New York series

All-star wrestling elite Miro (real name Miroslav Barnyashev) has appeared in the trailer for a new series on CBS titled East New York this week. The show stars Amanda Warren, Kevin Rankin, Jimmy Smits, Robin Santiago Hudson, Richard Kind, Elizabeth Rodriguez, LaVille Shelley, and Olivia Locardi in a cop drama and shows the former TNT champ’s questioning before asking for a lawyer.

The synopsis of the show reads, “Regina Haywood is a newly promoted deputy inspector in eastern New York, a working-class neighborhood on the edge of Brooklyn. She leads a diverse group of officers and detectives, some of whom are reluctant to propagate her creative methods of service and protection amidst social unrest and the early seeds of gentrification.”

“The Redeemer”‘s dominant race as TNT Champion ended again in September 2021 when he dropped the gold medal to Sammy Guevera in “The Spanish God’s” first reign.
